The short version: the pet photos and the portraits around this site are mine. If you'd like to use one, just ask. I'm a person, not a legal department.
Ask and I'll probably say yesNo forms involved
The pet photos
Nearly every pet photo here is one I took myself, on a visit or with a friend's pet, and they're shared with the blessing of the people whose pets they are. They aren't stock and they aren't free for the taking: that's somebody's cat and somebody's dog, and they trusted me with both.
The drawings
The portraits in the gallery are my own illustrations (I sign them MistFoxX). Each one was drawn for that pet's person, so it isn't mine to pass along. If you'd like art of your own pet, though, I'd love to draw it.
The “more very good faces” wall at the foot of the gallery is licensed stock photography. Those aren't my clients and they aren't my copyright, so they aren't mine to hand out either. They're there because a wall of good faces is never too long.
The logo and the doodles
The wordmark, the heart-paw, the wobbly little skyline, and every hand-drawn bit scattered around this site were made for Pet Care by Charlie and belong to it.
Want to use something?
Just ask, and tell me which photo and what it's for. Most of the time the answer is a happy yes.
And if the pet in the picture is yours, it's yours as much as mine. Ask and I'll send you the full-size file, no strings, no charge.
